These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mindbuddies.in and the services offered by MINDBUDDIES CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED ("MindBuddies", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website, booking an appointment, or registering for a live seminar or webinar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our services

MindBuddies offers psychological counselling, hypnotherapy, past life regression, dream analysis, psychic reading and healing, numerology, astrology, palmistry, tarot card reading, and educational live seminars and webinars.

Holistic and spiritual services (such as numerology, astrology, palmistry, tarot, and psychic reading) are offered for personal guidance and self-reflection. Results are not guaranteed and these services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

Live seminars and webinars are educational and interactive. They are not therapy, clinical treatment, or a substitute for one-on-one professional care.

2. Not for emergencies

Our services are not designed for crisis or emergency situations. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or thinking about self-harm, please call your local emergency number (112 in India) or reach a mental health helpline such as Tele-MANAS at 14416 or 1-800-891-4416.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services or register for seminars on your own. Services for anyone under 18 must be booked and consented to by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Bookings and appointments

An appointment request submitted through our website is confirmed only once our team contacts you and confirms the date and time. Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email.

5. Seminar and webinar registrations

A seminar seat is confirmed once your payment is completed and verified. You will receive a confirmation and joining details at the email or phone number you provide. Joining links are personal to you and must not be shared.

We may reschedule or cancel a session because of speaker availability, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you will receive a full refund.

6. Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, our third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Seminar cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session starts are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or not attending, are not refundable. To request a refund, email contact@mindbuddies.in with your booking ID.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Confidentiality

Anything you share in a one-on-one session is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where we believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or others. In group seminars, please respect the privacy of other participants and do not record or share what they say.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or sessions, including by submitting false information, disrupting a live session, harassing speakers or participants, or recording, copying, or redistributing session content without our written permission. We may remove anyone from a session, without refund, for breaching these rules.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our sessions, including text, images, videos, logos, and course materials, belongs to MindBuddies or its licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

11. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindBuddies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services, or from decisions you make based on guidance received. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

12. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party websites and platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or video-conferencing tools). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
